Who we are
GL Entretien Ménagère is a residential and office cleaning service in Longueuil and Brossard. This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

Information we collect
We only collect the information you give us in the quote form:
- your first and last name;
- your phone number and email address;
- your city and address (or neighbourhood);
- the service you need and details about your space (type of home, bedrooms or size of premises, frequency);
- the message you choose to write.
The site does not ask you to create an account and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
Why we use it
Your information is only used to answer your quote request, to contact you about it and, if you become a client, to organise cleaning visits. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Consent
By ticking the box on the form, you consent to us using your information for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; we will then delete your information, except anything the law requires us to keep.
Providers and transfers outside Quebec
To run the site and receive your requests, we use the providers below. They may process your information outside Quebec, only to provide this service to us:

Your request reaches us by email. The host may log technical data (such as your IP address) to keep the site secure.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, which is why no consent banner is shown.
While you fill in the form, a draft is kept in your browser’s local storage, on your device only, so you don’t lose your answers. It is cleared when the request is sent, and you can clear it by deleting this site’s data in your browser.
Retention
We keep your information as long as needed to answer your request and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship. Requests that don’t lead to a service are deleted no later than 12 months after the last exchange.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent. Contact the person responsible by phone at 514-889-0610 or by email at glservicesmenageres@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
